Upgrade or Change Plan
Only account owners can upgrade an account. If you do not see the Upgrade or Change Plan option, make sure you are in the correct account.
BEFORE GETTING STARTED
- Annual upgrades are prorated for the entire year. If you upgrade during an annual plan, you’ll pay a prorated fee for the remaining period in your current billing cycle.
- Downgrades become effective at the start of your next billing cycle. When you downgrade, your new, lower-tier plan will start on your renewal date. This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions, and no refunds are provided for any unused time.
