Release Notes June 2025
This release brings helpful visibility improvements to campaign reporting and account management, along with key backend enhancements and bug fixes to support a smoother user experience.
Campaign Comparison Chart
What’s new: A new Campaign Comparison chart is now available in the Performance Overview report. This visual tool shows the open rate or click rate of your six most recent campaigns side-by-side.
Why it matters: It’s now easier than ever to spot trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven decisions – all at a glance.
Plans & Billing Tab in Account Settings
What’s new: We’ve added a Plans & Billing tab under Account Settings as we prepare to support paid plan upgrades.
Why it matters: While no action is required yet, this is the foundation for a smoother future upgrade experience.
For Beta users:
Benchmark’s Beta customers continue to enjoy an expanded Free Beta Plan, which includes:
- 10 users
- 10 domains
- 1 million contacts
- 1 million sends per month
Although Beta users technically have the option to upgrade, there’s currently no need to do so.
Bug Fixes, Security Updates & Internal Improvements
Manual unsubscribes now tracked: When you manually unsubscribe a contact, this event now appears in their Activity Feed, just like standard unsubscribes – providing greater visibility into list management actions.
AI model upgrade for field mapping: We’ve upgraded the model used for CSV field mapping from OpenAI 4o-mini to 4.1-mini, improving accuracy and data matching.
