We’re excited to introduce new, powerful features and improvements designed to help you grow your audience, gain better insights, and work more efficiently. Here’s what we focused on in February!
🚀 Sign-Up Forms Are Here!
One of the most requested features is finally here — embedded Sign-Up Forms are now available!
You can now create and embed forms on your website to capture new subscribers in minutes.

What You Can Do:
- Create forms using a familiar drag-and-drop builder
- Add standard or custom contact fields
- Include privacy messaging using a text block
- Customize confirmation and success messages
- Automatically assign new subscribers to Tags and/or Lists
- Set confirmation language (any supported language)
- Copy and embed the form code on your site
- Update forms anytime — changes automatically reflect without re-embedding
Built-In Spam Protection
Forms include reCAPTCHA protection by default to prevent bot signups. Most real users won’t even notice it, but it helps keep your list clean.

Form Activity Feed
When a contact signs up through a form, the activity feed reports it.
Important Notes
- Currently supports embedded forms only (popup forms coming in future releases)
- Single opt-in only (double opt-in planned for future releases)
- No autoresponder support yet (coming in future release)
- Success message text is editable (formatting is not)
Benchmark is Now Available in Portuguese
We now offer language support for Brazilian Portuguese! 🇧🇷

Things to Know
- Automatically defaults to Portuguese if your browser is set to Portuguese
- Can be manually selected during onboarding or in language settings
- Help Center content available in Portuguese
- System emails (e.g., email verification) translated
- Contact-facing screens (unsubscribe pages, confirmations) available in Portuguese
New Contact Activity Report
You now have greater visibility into your account activity.

The new Contact Activity Report shows the most recent 100 events across all contacts (previously limited to 7 on the dashboard).
Access it by:
- Clicking “View All” in the Contact Activity dashboard widget
- Navigating to Reports → Contact Activity
Includes filtering options for engagement and contact updates.
Save Reports as PDF
You can now export and share reports more easily.

Available for:
- Individual Campaign Reports
- Performance Overview Report
Use the “Save as PDF” option to:
- Share results via email
- Present to stakeholders
- Print physical copies
Charts and visuals retain their full Benchmark styling and formatting.
Edit Email Footer Directly in Builder
You can now click the email footer in the email builder to edit your company name and address.
This opens the Company Profile dialog instantly — no need to navigate to settings.
Note:
- Works for emails created after this release, 02/25/2026.
- Duplicated emails created before this update will retain the previous behavior
All EU Euro Countries Now Priced in Euros
Customers located in all EU countries that use the Euro will now see pricing displayed in Euros, making billing more consistent and transparent.
Improved Contact Imports
We’ve made importing easier and more transparent.
What’s Improved:

Support for more date formats (including single-digit month/day and 2-digit years)
Enhanced reporting of skipped records
Downloadable skipped file available during import and in Import History
Clear distinction between:
- Entire records skipped
- Specific fields skipped (while contact is still imported)
Skipped file now includes:
- Error type
- Whether a record or just a field was skipped
- Which specific fields were affected
Additional Enhancements to Improve Your Experience
- Improved our campaign review system to reduce unnecessary delays and create a more consistent approval experience.
- Enhanced internal support tools to help our team resolve issues faster and more efficiently.
- Fixed issues affecting plan downgrades and dark mode display in the email editor.
- Refined domain authentication validation for more reliable verification.
- Continued early development work on future API capabilities.
This release introduces one of our most-requested features: Forms. Along with enhanced reporting, simpler exports, better imports, pricing updates, and key usability improvements.
