We’ve been busy rolling out updates designed to make your experience smoother, more reliable, and more accessible. This release includes performance improvements, helpful fixes, and new enhancements — including expanded Spanish support

NXG is now available in Spanish 🎉

The new Benchmark application is now fully supported in Spanish, making it easier for Spanish-speaking customers to get started and work comfortably.

Existing users can switch to Spanish at any time during onboarding or from the language settings.

Spanish support goes beyond just the app:

Help Center: Help articles are now available in Spanish
System emails: Messages like email verification and other automated emails will also be sent in Spanish

This means a more consistent and accessible experience from start to finish.

Improved Email Preview 📨

The Email Preview has been enhanced to show key details at a glance, including:

Subject line
Preview text
From and To information

This makes it easier to quickly review important email details before sending — similar to what you see in email reports.

Automatic Image Resizing for Better Emails 🖼️

Uploading large images can slow down emails and impact deliverability. To help with this, NXG now automatically optimizes large images for you.

Oversized images are resized automatically
Image quality stays sharp for your audience
Emails load faster and follow best practices for deliverability

You don’t need to do anything — this happens automatically in the background.

Updated Email Builder with Helpful Enhancements ✏️

We’ve upgraded the email builder to bring you a smoother and more flexible design experience.

What’s new:

Better accessibility: Improved color contrast for easier reading
Improved preview mode: More accurate previews across different screen sizes
Undo/Redo improvements: Easier to fix mistakes while designing
Synced content blocks: Create reusable sections that stay consistent across multiple emails
Countdown improvements: Better language support for countdown timers

We also fixed several behind-the-scenes issues to make the editor more reliable and easier to use.

We’ve made several behind-the-scenes updates to improve reliability and usability across the platform, including:

Domain authentication fixes: Resolved an issue that affected some customers when setting up their sending domains, making the process more reliable.
Clearer email organization: Improved visuals and messaging in the Emails section to make Drafts, Scheduled, Sent, and Failed emails easier to understand at a glance.
More complete email reports: Link click reports now show all clicked links, not just the top results.
Account email reliability: Fixed an issue where password change confirmation emails were not being delivered.
Contacts list improvements: Addressed display issues in contact lists for a smoother viewing experience.
Plan limit accuracy: Fixed an issue where Free plan users could see incorrect “plan limit reached” messages.
Regional formatting updates: Improved date formatting for birthday filters for customers in Japan.
