Easier List Management with List Details
What’s new
Lists now open to a dedicated List Details view instead of dropping you into a filtered Contacts screen.
From one place, you can:
- See how many contacts are on a list
- View and manage the contacts in that list
- Add or remove contacts
- Rename, duplicate, export, or delete a list
- Send a campaign directly to the list

More Flexible Birthday and Anniversary Tracking
What’s new
The birthday field has been redesigned to be more flexible and marketer-friendly.
You can now store:
- Month and day, or just the month
- Birthdays, anniversaries, or other annual milestones
You can also filter contacts by birthday month, exact date, or upcoming birthdays.
Why it matters
This unlocks more timely, personalized campaigns. Easily send monthly birthday emails or anniversary offers – without requiring full dates or extra cleanup during imports.
Smarter Search and Filter Controls
What’s new
Contact search and filtering is now more precise and intuitive, including:
- A true “starts with” filter that works the way you expect
- Filtering and searching by email domain (for example, @gmail or @company.com)
- More accurate “is exactly” matching for text fields
Why it matters
You can build cleaner segments faster, with fewer surprises in your results – especially when targeting by company, provider, or specific field values.
Clearer Contact Activity in Multi-User Accounts
What’s new
For accounts with multiple users, Contact Activity now shows who took each action, such as creating or updating a contact.
Why it matters
You get better visibility into list changes and team activity, which is especially helpful when collaborating or troubleshooting.
Reactivate Contacts After Fixing Email Typos
What’s new
If a contact bounced due to an invalid email address, updating that address now automatically reactivates the contact (as long as the new email is valid).
Why it matters
Simple fixes no longer require extra steps. Correct an email typo and get that contact back into your sending audience right away.
More Reliable Email Formatting Across Inboxes
What’s new
Behind the scenes, the email builder now sends emails with inline styling, improving consistency when messages are viewed in browsers or forwarded.

Your emails are more likely to look the way you designed them – with consistent spacing and link styling – even outside the original inbox.
Clearer Send Limits in Plans & Billing
What’s new
The Plans & Billing screen now more clearly shows email send limits, especially if you use both shared and private domains.
Why it matters
You can better understand how many emails you’ve sent, where they’re counted, and how close you are to your plan limits – without second-guessing.
