Flexible Domain Authentication
What’s new: You can now authenticate your domain using either our standard NS record method or the traditional SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records.
Why it matters: Not all domains support NS records – and now it doesn’t matter. We’ll guide you through the best option based on your domain and DNS provider, with clearer error messages and step-by-step setup instructions.
Stronger Test Email Security
What’s new: Test emails can now only be sent to the account owner, verified users, or verified reply-to addresses.
Why it matters: These changes help prevent abuse by bad actors and protect your sender reputation – while still making it easy to preview your campaigns with your team.
Simpler List Creation Flow
What’s new: We streamlined how you create and populate lists. Now, creating a list starts with naming it – then you’re guided to add or import contacts, with your new list pre-selected.
Why it matters: This change reflects how most users expect lists to work – and prevents common mistakes that used to result in empty lists.
Smarter Contact Import Protections
What’s new: A new warning confirms when you’re about to unsubscribe all contacts in a file during import – a previously easy-to-miss step.
Why it matters: This added protection helps you avoid accidentally unsubscribing your entire audience.
Monthly Limits to Prevent Contact Cycling
What’s new: We’ve added monthly limits on how many contacts you can add to your account, including imports and manual entries.
Why it matters: These limits prevent abusive cycling behaviors that harm deliverability for everyone – and they’re high enough that legitimate marketers won’t be affected.
