September 2025
This month’s update focuses on improved deliverability transparency, Japanese language enhancements, and several quality-of-life fixes to streamline your workflow.
Smarter Send Limits for Shared Domains
What’s new: If you’re sending from a Benchmark-managed shared domain (benchmarksend.com), we’ve implemented protective sending limits.
Why it matters: These limits help safeguard your deliverability – and everyone else’s – when sending without a private domain. You’ll see alerts before you hit your send cap, and you can still schedule campaigns for the next cycle. For higher limits, simply authenticate a private domain.
See the Bounce Type in Contact Activity
What’s new: The contact activity feed now distinguishes between hard and soft bounces.
Why it matters: You can now diagnose deliverability issues faster and take the right action – like cleaning your list or following up manually.
Japanese Language Experience Improvements
What’s new: Updates include more accurate email builder translations and improved Japanese font rendering in the editor.
Why it matters: Japanese users will see more consistent language across the platform, plus improved visual reliability in email previews.
